What Are You Wearing?

Naessi's outfit for the Circle event tomorrow night:


You see Naessi Wintersun the Ritualist.
She appears to be a Human.
She appears to be very young and short. She has fiery golden eyes and fair skin. She has very long, shiny chestnut hair caught in a casual roll at the nape of her neck by some obsidian gold-tipped hairsticks. She has a delicate face and high cheekbones.
She has a tattooed symbol of Eorgina on her ankle, and a scarlet wisp of flame tattoo centered on her forehead.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pair of small gold teardrop earrings, a simple strapless black linen gown laced with trailing golden ribbons, a fiery golden trellis bracelet, and some strappy black silk sandals.

Sandals:Fashioned from firm black leather soles and finished with polished ebonwood heels, these sandals have been sewn with a multitude of thin black silk straps. The straps are designed to criss-cross up the foot of the wearer and wind around the ankle, where there is enough ribbon to tie a finishing bow. On the upper sole of each sandal, a white tag has been sewn in that reads, "A Naessi Original Design."

I know they've been seen before, but they're probably my favorite item I've ever done. Evar!

She appears to be very young and shorter than average. She has large crystal green eyes, glossy pale pink full lips, and fair skin. She has waist length, wavy silver blonde hair twisted into a high, neat bun and held in place with some iridescent moonstone hairjewels arranged in a spiral design. She has a dainty face, an upturned nose and small pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pink-eyed dark coral plumeria tucked behind one ear, a slinky raw silk cloak intricately folded across the shoulders and left to fall into a gently pleated train, a chunky moonstone bracelet linked by smooth silver orbs, a hand-stitched tea satchel, a ravishing sunset pink faille gown with plunging back line and lengthy floor-sweeping skirts, and some backless sheer silk sandals.

Reactivated her to play around with. Found my old gown in someone's shop and had to buy it back.

This is what Sadryne wore to the Ritual Sacrifice talk last night.

You see Sadryne Moxwood the Muse.
She appears to be an Illistim Elf.
She appears to be an adult. She has sharply slanted, jade-flecked grey eyes and alabaster skin. She has shoulder-length, shiny black hair that curls under gently and falls in a thick fringe above her eyebrows. She has a delicate face, a classical nose and high cheekbones. She has a naturally carmine, bow-shaped mouth.
She has a tattooed symbol of Eorgina on her ankle, and three pairs of tiny enameled steel rings set along the slender tips of her pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a black-tinged crimson vapor barrier, a cabochon-set steel marriage torc, a pair of long black kidskin gloves, an enameled steel signet ring, a square-necked gown with a bodice of black kidskin and a skirt of trailing raw silk, an enameled steel reliquary, and some soft kidskin ankleboots.

I may have shown some of these before, I've lost track. The gloves are off the shelf. The torc is an attuned wedding jewelry piece. The boots and dress are alters I had made around '96. The reliquary and signet were made on Wavedancer runs. The barrier is altered sonic armor, because after the last time Sadryne went to a religious gathering, she doesn't attend anything Lornon related without armor anymore.

Torc
The torc is designed to encircle the neck and hang loosely with its opening to the front. The ends of the slender steel band are capped with plugs of shining jet, each set with a tiny cabochon garnet.

Signet
A gold-rimmed face of sapphire enamel inlaid with a peacock pavonated is set atop the steel band of the signet ring. A flourish of nine stylized crimson flames crown the nacreous bird, which sits above a sanguine coda and black tree. A tiny chalice of gold is set left flanking, while the right flanking spot is conspicuously blank.

Reliquary
The small steel box has a red glaesine lid, and four enameled sides. Each colorful panel shows a different view of the same high, craggy peak -- a mountain surrounded by winged drakes, a mountain capped with a minaret-spired palace, a mountain bathed in the glow of a blood-red moon, and a mountain from a far off and distant view.

Ankleboots
They are soled with toughened black leather laid over a thin layer of wood; offering both a comfortable and practical manner in which to cover the feet. The seams are laid to the inside of the ankle, and are double stiched with fine thread and held closed with tiny steel hooks. A small stamp on the bottom of the right boot reads: Size 4.

Barrier
Rising and falling, the armor shifts with an apparent burning liquidity. The rapidly moving surface trills colorfully, pulsing from crimson flames to black, and moves up and down to the tune of an invisible score. Brief notes of steely grey punctuate the defensive melody.

She's got tiny feet! I'm highly amused that you chose to put the size on her boots, a whole new twist on the recent trend of tagging one's alterations. Totally unique. If it weren't for the lack of color they'd be perfect. But that's just my hang up, heh, not yours.

If I had to do them over again I'd put the color in the base, but they were one of my first alterations, and I was only 16 at the time I wrote them! Compared to most of the things I have from that era, I'm still pretty pleased with them.

...Most of my monstronsities will remain in mothballs, never to see the light of day again.

I know what you mean. My first alteration was something like.. a fitted smoke grey silk skirt with a singularly uninspired, generic sexy show. I feel so ashamed now.

He appears to be very young and tall. He has bright blue eyes and fair skin. He has short, silver hair worn in a ponytail. He has a small nose and a birth mark.
He has a tattoo of gold cascading stars on his arm.
He has a strange case of muscle twitching, and some minor cuts and bruises on his left leg.
He is wearing some dark krodera-studded brigandine with a soaring blue dragon emblazoned on the chest, a soft dark blue spidersilk cloak edged with silver velvet trim, an iridescent black battle-harness trimmed with blued steel mesh and stitched with silvery threads, a tightly woven spidersilk sack, a crescent moon embroidered satchel trimmed with black rabbit fur, a blue round button, a glassy black mica amulet, a crystal amulet, a gold ring, and a black velvet cavalier hat with a silver band and a white ostrich plume.

I wish I had the talent for show descriptions that some of you guys do. Very creative =)
