Stupid snow storm hitting NC this weekend and I'm probably going to miss my niece's birthday party :( NC doesn't plow or properly treat roads.
Dreamed my brother's five kids were lost on a beach in a hurricane, ran back and forth carrying them inside, only to find out that one was already dead. WTF subconscious. Couldn't get back to sleep.
I had to be carted off to the hospital for the second time in three months since my orthostatic hypotension was diagnosed.
I've seen six doctors: No one knows what's causing it. My systolic is creeping below 100 @ resting supine, resting sitting and resting standing. Resting standing sounds weird.
Anyway, I'm taking something called Midodrine, which was upped again -- I think it helps a bit, but it has a pretty short half-life, so I've been taking it four times a day now.
My biggest fear is I'm going to be driving on 95 and get a big dip and wreck my shit.
That sucks, hope they find the problem soon and put you on a treatment plan.Quote:
