At least Clinton's impeachment had some bipartisan support.

Five Democrats (Virgil Goode, Ralph Hall, Paul McHale, Charles Stenholm and Gene Taylor) voted in favor of three of the four articles of impeachment, but only Taylor voted for the abuse of power charge. Five Republicans (Amo Houghton, Peter King, Connie Morella, Chris Shays and Mark Souder) voted against the first perjury charge. Eight more Republicans (Sherwood Boehlert, Michael Castle, Phil English, Nancy Johnson, Jay Kim, Jim Leach, John McHugh and Ralph Regula), but not Souder, voted against the obstruction charge. Twenty-eight Republicans voted against the second perjury charge, sending it to defeat, and eighty-one voted against the abuse of power charge.

On an unrelated note, Back, why did you suddenly stop using the word BINARY?
Seeing how proud you were of your new word brought a tear to my eye.
What happened?
Nadler just called a recease so they can have a press conference. Yeah, this isn't partisan at all. So far two rolecall votes, 100% party line votes.
Peak political theater to close out this decade. So far the republicans have just whined about the totally and legitimate process, called the accusation "baloney", and continue to try to hold things up with meaningless procedures. So for the democrats have laid out a timeline of facts that corroborates all of the points of their impeachment. Its sad to see the republicans this beholden to a person who does not deserve their, or the people's, total obedience. The people, and republicans, deserve Trump's obedience.
