It’s actually Beachfront Avenue. It took me getting hammered drunk on a cruise ship, making a bad decision to sing karaoke, and then seeing the lyrics on screen to make me realize I had been wrong my entire life. I’ve driven the A1A highway a number of times, and Beachfront makes a lot more sense…

I've never understood why they picked June 19th instead of December 18th, when the 13th Amendment was officially proclaimed. There was still slavery in Kentucky and Delaware for 6 months after the last slave was freed in Texas.
