If you need a caffeine fix, I use the Mio Coffee Concentrate and put that in my vanilla protein shake. Pretty good.

I suggest cocaine, killer buzz and no pesky appetite to bother with.

I don't think that's an option for him.

I typically take caffeine pills in the morning and afternoon as needed.

Had to send something overnight via FedEx to some family over the weekend.

- I sent it Thursday with the expectation it would arrive Friday. It stayed in the shipping facility until Monday.
- Family was home all day, FedEx said they left it at the door, family says they never got it.
- Called to complain/ask for refund, was told they 'can't do anything until their invoice arrives next week'.

Their refund policy has a clause that they don't have to do anything if a complaint isn't filed within 15 days. Are they trying to run out the clock? Total reimbursement would be ~$1000.

I'd constantly slam them with angry calls and also send your story to consumerist.com and make a BBB complaint.

If they keep giving you the run around I'd go to a physical FedEx store/location if you can and raise a stink there.
