They can't sue anyone. The signs were fucking everywhere. They showed the area that the people were in and they just flat out ignored the signs.

I thought it was well known you don't go in lakes/lagoons/whatevers in Florida after dusk. I don't even like walking by during the day.

It doesn't matter what time of day it is. If it's not the ocean or a pool, you assume there are gators in it.
