Home owner turned sprinklers on before leaving to escape Kansas wildfires. Came home to this.

So, I read comments.... The sprinklers probably did little if anything. The well groomed and maintained yard (green, short grass rather than tall dry grass), the road acting as a firebreak, and the well maintained trees and such are likely what saved the house.
