In August of 2022 the inflation rate for electricity was 15.8%, and this was just the peak, there were 22 months during Biden's 4 year reign of terror that all had rates higher than 5.8%. So I guess compared to Biden's dark years I just don't notice inflation as much because it's relatively comparing pennies to dollars.
I also realize that SOME inflation is going to happen no matter what, and most economics would agree that some inflation is a good thing, otherwise people are just going to save their money and wait for the prices of things to continue to fall, which leads to an even worse economy.
So if you figure ~2% inflation is "normal", I'm not going to bitch too much when it is 2.7%, as opposed to Biden's almost 10%.
