I'm going to dispute your murder rate claim. From what I can see the murder rate for whites in the United States is higher percentage wise than it is for South Africa.

Well I hate to break it to you chief but you're incorrect. DEI does not mean hiring based on skin color, gender, or sexual orientation. It means expanding the search for excellence over mediocrity. DEI is nothing to freak out about I promise.

LITERALLY you have described the EXACT OPPOSITE of DEI.

It has very little to do with excellence and more to do with whatever quota you need to feel more diverse.

It's not a merit based system, it's a "what diversity goal do you fit into?"
