Sorry, did that offend you? Did I call you a less than decent human being? If you took that, perhaps you should evaluate yourself. I think people should have an incentive to provide good service, regardless of how much they make. It apparently got her a higher paying job too.
It is our custom in the United States is it not? If you can't afford to tip for services that generally survive off tips, you shouldn't be there. Go somewhere a little lower scale.
This also shows me you have never worked in the service industry.
Also, what is your argument against tipping again?
It feels pretty good to make a thing with your hands. I made my first part, (pictures are actually of my 2nd, better one) a drill drift, with a hacksaw and a hand file.
