Neely's side may consider it "justice" but it's not since "justice" was found in the court of law.

This would be revenge, plain and simple.. because it's personal and not societal.

Anyone can use any word they want.. doesn't mean the word is the correct one in that instance.

Revenge is a personal, immediate action, while justice is the societal, structured version of the same impulse to correct a wrong. I don't disagree... but as you said, there is a distinct difference between "Justice" and "Revenge" and that is my point.

I don’t necessarily disagree, but have you thought about why you think that? It’s clear to me that Trump was being selectively targeted for politics. It’s a miscarriage of justice when the law is not applied evenly and fairly. Again, that balance and fairness is a key component of justice where as revenge is rarely ever balanced, impartial, or fair.
