Actually, the Biden administration has been pivotal is keeping Europe united against Russia since the very beginning. And anyone railing against his "limp-wristed" approach to the war obviously has absolutely no idea what Biden has actually been doing. This isn't speculation or political spin. It's just literally what happened.
We've been the single biggest threat to Russia this whole time. Putin assumed Europe would be fractious in its response to the invasion of Ukraine. He hadn't counted on the US jumping in and managing to keep them united for as long as he (mostly) has.
Facts matter.
The Biden Administration is reactive instead of proactive. You don't tell someone like Putin that it matters how big of an incursion it is if we are going to do anything or not. Putin knew the Biden Administration wouldn't do shit militarily against him because the Obama Administration did nothing proactively to stop him.Quote:

Just what could have been done proactively to prevent the invasion that wasn't already done? Short of putting US troops and bases in Ukraine, everything else was done. Diplomatic overtures, stationing weapons and troops in bordering NATO countries prior to the invasion, openly sharing intelligence info that it was coming.
