He could withdraw from the race but would serve out the remainder of his term. I expect one of Joe Biden’s last acts as President will be to at minimum commute sentence.

He doesnt need to now that Jack Smith investigations were ruled unconstitutional. Hunters gun lawsuit is likely to be thrown out as well.

Is Joe Biden showing up for this debate as agreed?

CNN hosted the last one. Seems fair given the change of circumstances that Trump ask for a more conservative friendly news network.
