Androidpk's misleading clickbait description made me frown. It's a video of AFTER the kid was eaten by piranhas.
Eaten is past participle.
If I say "here is a video of a chihuahua eaten by a snake" you don't expect the video to start with a snake that already has a lump in it, do you?
