This is the agreement so you don’t have to take my word on the conditions:

To answer your question about violations on the Taliban side during Trump’s term as President, there really weren’t any. The agreement had to do with a safe orderly withdrawal, and a promise by the Taliban to recognize the Afghan government & not allow terrorist organizations like Al-Qaeda to operate in their borders.
Beginning May 1st 2021, the Taliban started an offensive attacking Afghan forces. It became abundantly clear then that the Taliban was not holding up their side of the deal. This was mere weeks after Biden announced that we would be withdrawing all forces targeting 9/11 as the symbolic date for the final withdrawal. The Taliban captured the Kabal airport August 15th & the existing Afghan government effectively collapsed. This was well before we withdrew all forces and personnel. Still, Biden decided to move forward with his self imposed withdrawal timetable.
Would Trump have done the same? He has repeatedly said he would not have. I suppose we will never know for certain since he wasn’t President during that time. What is certain and universally understood is that Biden fucked up big time. 13 US troops died during the process. The Taliban control and run the country even before we exited. It has been reported that terror cells now operate within Afghanistan. We left behind thousands of people to be slaughtered and billions of dollars worth of military equipment to our enemies. The blame for that end result is firmly on Biden.
