As the video clearly shows his begging for his life had absolutely nothing to do with the guy's knee on his neck.

Once again I feel the need to say I think it was stupid to have his knee on the guy's neck, but let's focus on the facts here.

Media's fake narrative: George Floyd was saying he couldn't breathe because of the officer's knee on his neck.
What the bodycam footage clearly shows: George Floyd was screaming he couldn't breath for over 2 minutes before he was even on the ground when all he was doing was sitting in the back of the police car and officers were barely even touching him. George Floyd is also the one who asked to be put on the ground.

If you want to say the officer shouldn't have had his knee on Floyd's neck fine, I even agree. If you want to continue with this fake media narrative that George Floyd was screaming he couldn't breathe because of said knee then you are going out of your way to ignore facts you don't find suitable to your argument. But 99% of your arguments are firmly rooted in your feelings and have nothing at all to do with facts.

I didn't say facts be damned, and I didn't opine on much of anything beyond it's pointless and in bad taste to argue now -- whine and cavil about it if you want to, I don't give a shit.

I watched the damn video, the encounter started with the officer sticking a fucking gun in his face; maybe if that hadn't happened at the outset, he wouldn't been so panicked... I have no idea. He had had COVID prior, apparently; that, combined with a possible panic attack or a multitude of other things, may have meant he was having legit physical or mental distress.

But I guess we'll never know... because the fact is, he's dead now.
