I don’t think Illinois will go knocking on peoples’ doors to confiscate. If they do, there will be violence & they just might change their mind on how they choose to enforce that law (before it eventually gets struck down in the courts) after the first person fights back.

The last I checked 1/10th of 1% of the 2 million plus "items" have been registered. It's estimated that it's over 700,000 Illinois residents have previously legally owned weapons they have to register.
