I hate when people post incorrect and/or sensationalized information on facebook (or any social media), considering it is basically the only way my generation gets their information (which is sad, but unfortunately I've found this to be fairly true). Just little shit--like "oh the drinking age is being raised to twenty five!" -- no it isn't. Fucking google shit before you share it you piece of shit dumb fucks. This is why incorrect information is floating around, because you fucking imbeciles can't fact check for SHIT.

Speed is better, not worse: used to be people would get misinformation and it would stay with them long enough to be internalized and calcify, and down through the generations people would believe that Catholics were vampires or that blacks had tails. Now at least you have a chance to nip that in the bud. As the expression suggests, it's fun to murder baby plants and drink their blood so as to sustain your eternal mockery of life. What were we talking about?

Unfortunately sensationalism and yellow journalism sells. Some asshat put up a "news" article the other day saying that the ebola outbreak had shown up in the UK. It hadn't though, it was just the British warning people about coming back from that area in west Africa to be careful.
