My favorite was an analytic model published by a large analytics company showing Hillary winning over Trump by a landslide. The model visualization was removed the day after the election.

Polls don’t mean jack, especially the way many on these boards use them.

No, don't let it be. The guys showing you what kind of piece of shit he is. Believe him. He's a piece of shit, not fit for the office he holds and like it or not, he's a role model. If he were fit for the office he holds, he'd not have let his personal feelings dominate him to the point that he snubs an American hero. There's just no defending this, no matter how much you love the guy. Even a trumplican should call him out for looking small and vulgar with his petulant tantrums.
