Has anything been done on a national level to combat the election attacks we suffered in 2016? I've seen some stuff,about Rubio talking sanctions if it happens again, but I've also read that we eliminated our cyber security WH position and cut money that was going to states to beef up their defenses.

All in all, no matter what happens it'll be a win for trump. A blue wave and he'll claim Russian interference. A good midterm for the GOP and he'll claim a mandate. Reality holds no sway over trump and his minions. They have liberated themselves from the truth.
