Am I the only person who sees Tehir as desert nomads? More like northern africa than India? If anything, I think the Faendryl and moreso the Dhe'nar are more Indian.

No, I thought that was fairly clearly implied by the docs and the Tehir merchants seen thusfar.
I tend to see the Tehir as a mix, with different tribes having different customs. I know I have a Tehir I picture more like an African Masai. And my friend views hers more as Arabian. But it's probably just me.
Edited to add that they didn't even show what Dhe'nar clothing looks like in the documents. They're just lumped in with Faendryl, whom they should be nothing like since they evolved seperately over thousands of years! Minor pet peeve of mine.
Edited again to add that they don't show exactly what the Tehir wear either. Stupid incomplete fashion document.

Fun outfit. The corset in this is altered (no show), and it's like my standard black-top item. Bag has been seen a zillion times, I overuse it.
You see Naessi Wintersun the Ritualist.
She appears to be a Human.
She appears to be very young and short. She has fiery golden eyes and fair skin. She has very long, shiny chestnut hair caught in a casual roll at the nape of her neck by some ebony hand-painted hairsticks. She has a delicate face and high cheekbones.
She has a scarlet wisp of flame tattoo centered on her forehead, and a tattooed symbol of Eorgina on her ankle.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a slender ruby-encrusted choker, a ribbon-cinched black silk corset, a soft black sable shoulder bag, a shimmering cut ruby ring, a very long wine-hued linen skirt with a beaded black silk underskirt, and some fine black sable slippers.

I very much like the skirt/underskirt combination.
By North African I mean the sahara type people. Not Egyptian. But yeah, it's kinda interesting how they get considered so differently.
Yay for sucky documentation!
P.S. Naessi is hot
I see my Tehiri as a nomadic type. Very similar to the middle eastern Bedouins of hundreds of years ago. Physically I see her similar to something of a Nubian. Black skinned, muscular, sharp features.
So yah, I suppose we can assume they can be played similar to almost any desert culture we know of and have it be plausible as the desert they are from is a large expanse and might be full of people at different stages of cultural evolution.
ps. omg i want that skirt on Naessi

I want it off her.
