I feel you. I got tired of being over musicians that I used to like around the turn of the century, now I just like all the new stuff my old faves put out. It's been dope. I mean, except new Opeth. Fuck the new Opeth. Sorceress is ok tho.

I was really over Metallica at the Black album. Eventually after a decade of hearing myself complain about it / them, I got over it at St. Anger.

I try to be open to more things, to enjoy more things. It's more entertaining to look back on than memories of hating something.

True, true. That song you posted was pretty good, so maybe I'll check out his newer stuff. I don't know if I can get over the word vomit his album and song titles have become though. The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy is self-aware satire, right?
