no, it doesn't. preserving the current headcount != never firing anyone. it also says, paraphrased, "honor agreements listed in the merger agreement and those not" - which I assume means agreements employees had prior with the leadership.

I think those are the funniest ones of all. We DEMAND you honor agreements that were never made (and they list remote work as an example) AND that you can't fire anyone.
