Just because someone is being investigated, or even indicted, doesn't mean they are guilty or have done anything accused of. It is only when the jury reads that verdict. You can't say you've "pointed out felonies he's committed" because as of now he hasn't been convicted, so legally, he hasn't committed any.

Biden, clearly, has been paying someone tax payer money to use AIDS to fight AIDS. I'm not sure how well it's working, but at least I know where some of my tax money went.
