Take the cars (limit freedom of movement), limit the electricity, get people into financial trouble (then sick all the new IRS agents on them), import cheap labor (mass illegal immigration)... slowly but surely turning the screws... who knew the Dems watched Hunger Games, and figured "yea, why the hell not"...

And if you don't think that's happening? You should really pay attention to the insane legislation they've passed.

Most will want at least a 550, which is stupid easy to maintain, even with shit in collections.
