I need a new phone badly, my contract with Verizon was finally up and I wanted to switch to Sprint because I'm supposed to get a 19% discount from work. About 10 calls, multiple frustrating reps in the Philippines, and an incredibly rude cunt in the actual Sprint store, I gave up and reupped with Verizon.
Major frown.
