I went to elementary in the 90's, I think 5th grade was the year they started giving classes about it a little... so like 11 years old.. But i didn't go to them it came with a permission slip and my mom declined that I should take it and I got to go read or do other stuff in the library.

Yeah that sounds right for me as well. I think it might have been sixth grade.

And even then I'm pretty sure the information was about as basic as you can get: this is a penis, this is a vagina, this is sex, this is a condom, this is an STD. From what I recall I'm pretty sure it lasted one period (like an hour) and there was no more sex talk until high school.

Sure as hell wasn't any of this crazy shit they want to teach kindergartners these days.
