Tulsi Gabbard is more Conservative than a lot of Republicans, her only chance would be to run as a third party nominee. I doubt Manchin will be a Democrat for much longer himself, I can see him changing parties soon.

I honestly think Gavin Newsom would be a great candidate for the Whitehouse, having both their requisite experience, name recognition and party favorability. If elected, he should nominate Harris for AG or some circuit court position, because it's clear she's not executive material.

A failed recall attempt is meaningless. A failed recall attempt by the opposing political party that failed to the tune of 22% margin even moreso.

But since that mattered to you. The second impeachment trial for Trump failed by only a few votes, does that mean you also think he'll fail in a national election as well?

It isn't meaningless though. If a state like California, an extremely left leaning state, even manages to get a recall going, it means he is pretty fucked. The fact that he only staved off a recall by 12 % is pretty damn telling.
