Yeah, like supposed carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm not shitting you, there is this old guy that sits in a chair facings the mods, and just counts how many times people say "corner" while walking in the stow mods (for safety reasons), all because he "hurt" his back packing shit. He's been doing the same thing for about 5 months now. I can't see how he doesn't get bored out of his goddamn mind. lol.

Tisket, do you have first hand knowledge to the contrary? I am definitely interested to hear if so. Many of the Microsoftees I know have bailed off to Amazon (or elsewhere) because they supposedly treat their people better. I DO unfortunately have firsthand knowledge that MS treats their people like garbage, particularly in the tech space. I'd love to hear more about Amazon's internal corporate atmosphere if you have details.

I'm raging so hard about this "being sick" business. Every time I turn around, something new is completely FUCKED. Woke up this morning needing to pee constantly, started to worry it was a UTI around 5pm. Went to a walk in clinic, waited 2 hours, finally got seen - Yep, it is a UTI, related to my stomach in a gross way I'm sure you can imagine. I'm glad my gastro guy STILL hasn't fucking called me with anymore information, but has been able to send the bill out. Now my discomfort is compounded with MORE DISCOMFORT, and I have to be on fucking antibiotics which are going to fuck up my stomach EVEN MORE.

I want to punch someone's face out the back of their skull.
