Turns out my ICP armor might not actually be ICP armor. Culghuun sold it to me as ICP. I've got an assist in to see if it was a stealth nerf or something, I could have sworn I had it third party verified but cannot find such in my logs. So ya, might be a scammer there, we'll see.
