Truck drivers are mandated to carry insurance and have valid registration.
Truck drivers are mandated to have a drivers license in good standing.

Yet they're not shutting down major trade hubs because of these things, they're destroying industry because they don't wanted to be required to vaccinate. They are against vaccinations. They are anti-vaxxers.

Those aren't mandates, those are laws. There is a difference in a mandate, passed by an executive branch, and a law, passed by a legislature.

Ah, so you have a problem with the authorities granted to the Prime Minister of Canada under their Constitution and the Quarantine Act. I'm sorry to break this to you, but sole authority in Canada doesn't derive from their Parliament anymore than Congress having total power in the United States. You have a problem with co-equal branches of government, but it doesn't negate their right to invoke executive decrees.
