This customer contracted out some "IT Support" and I'm pretty sure the "company" is just one guy working from home. He assured them that he had extensive AS400 knowledge. He does not......not even a little bit, when you can't pronounce and or use the commands I'm giving you without me spelling them out letter by letter we've got a problem. I'm currently on the phone with him and signed on to the system trying to unfuck what he did and basically he just booked the rest of my day.
Thank you fuck ass. As an open letter if you're in IT don't bullshit what you do and don't know, when you start playing on daddy systems you can actually fuck things up when you're given full access.
