I also live in minority neighborhoods. And send my daughter to a minority school. ON PURPOSE!! Some major back patting happening here, hurr.

To be honest I don't see a lot of old white men, for the reasons previously mentioned. Unless it's work. And you do NOT hold the door for your bosses.
