Well, the Florida Federal District Court ruled that the CDCs mandate exceeded the authority granted under Administrative Procedure Act and Public Health Services Act, though I can see how you can read that sentence and see "Biden violated the constitution" , because all of those letters, except B can be reordered to mean what you interpret.Quote:
