If there's one thing the federal government is famous for is reneging on treaties and land contracts with Native Americans and former slaves. But it was super great when giving free land to Europeans.

30% of the US land mass is blocked from human development (640 million acres). In theory, that's enough land for 2 acres for every man woman and child in the US.

I can agree that our school system needs an update. Around here where I live not many classrooms are that old but there is a host of other issues that should be addressed. Infrastructure definitely needs improvement.

What form of national healthcare do you think would actually be a good idea? I could be mistaken but it seems like the bulk of the research and development happens in the US or with US money because we don't have national healthcare the way a lot of European and other countries have.

The VA does in fact provide far superior medical services when compared to what most of the rest of us in the US are getting.
