Well, technically, Neosporin, when mentioned by itself, is an antibiotic. That it says plus pain relief indicates that it isn't just Neosporin. That's why I asked my question to begin with. Sort of like how Lortab is Tylenol and hydrocodone together and not just the narcotic. Forgive my seemingly being picky, I was just trying to ensure you did indeed have an analgesic on your burn since there was still some pain. Blame it on my being a nurse!

Clearly not. Original neosporin, to which I referred, does not have analgesic. Whatever you're using does, but that is not neosporin in its original formula.
