The Afghanistan violated the deal several times in Trump's tenure, which was ignored. Afghanistan was brought to the brink of collapse at the end of Trump's presidency. Biden then took over and did the one intelligent thing in that entire fiasco: he got us out of it. In the process tens of thousands of Afghan workers were rescued in the single biggest and most successful airlift operation in the history of the armed forces.
