The woman was citing why she as a sitting judge couldn't and Cruz cut her off. Even more with the issue of discrimination or affirmative action coming before The Supreme Court it would be highly improper for a federal judge to speak on the matter before the Senate. I know you don't understand decorum but stop making hay out of nothing.
