I get a lady that is clearly reading off some sort of customer service recovery flow chart.. telling me I have to drag this thing to UPS or FedEx or USPS, pay for shipping the item back and having them reimburse me with some Amazon dollars. Now, I'm generally a pretty even keeled guy.. and don't normally take my irritation out on a customer service rep.. but this girl was literally reading off the flow chart and she offered me the same thing twice (Amazon money).. thinking the 2nd time was somehow different. WTF? ALL I want is for this thing to be picked up and the correct item I ordered be delivered. How fucking hard is that to understand?
So now, I am going to go over Amazon's head and contact the individual seller directly.. but since today is Good Friday, I'll be calling on Monday.
