The point here was that in my opinion, even when applying the most conservative approach to discipline, the school was out-of-line. Duh.

That being said, I do have a good friend of mine who became a teacher, and was very pretty, and some insane 12 year old girl said some absurd shit on Facebook and it became a thing and now it follows her around everywhere. That shit is serious.

Of course, it wasn't on the line of "Spit or swallow" but a claim that this friend of mine did porn....which after extensive research, I found to be a baseless accusation.

If the comments about the teacher had been put on Facebook, that's a different matter. Kids need to be taught to be very very careful what they discuss on social media. Privacy does not not exist.
