We mad over 19 million a day in 2019, over 18 in 2020. What is this 14 million? We have produced more than that amount yearly since 2014. 2021 is the first year we slipped below that.

You keep saying "Republicans ended the export ban" but conveniently ignore the fact that we are producing 7 million barrels LESS per day. That is why we have higher prices.
