This is what I told her. She thought this little kid was one of her good friends who she could trust. I told her to never talk to him again. I mean, really? It was obviously to get her in trouble with the teacher.

What was the story? I want to ask the teacher about it too to see if it's true.
I'm so livid right now. I just got off the phone with this assistant principle. They are going to suspend her for a day over it all. I was like really? Over something said at a friend's house? The woman was like, "This is impacting a teacher's reputation". OMG seriously? My daughter didn't post it on FB or any social media...like you all said. I told this woman that I did not agree with this punishment and I'm glad my daughter will not be at that school next year. I also told this woman that I'm sure she never talked shit about a boss outside of work, or about anyone for that matter...fucking give me a break.
Let's just say that it involved...spitting not swallowing. LOL. Really though it was sexual innuendos without actually saying it. So for that kid to actually go up to the teacher and say "HEY I heard you did this and that!!!"....he'd have to be seriously mentally challenged to not know what he was saying would get anyone in trouble, or to actually think it was okay to repeat it.
If you'd like one of us from the PC to call and pretend to be dad let us know, I'm sure we wouldn't make this situation worse at all.
That's ridiculous--isn't there a written code of conduct that specifies things that happen inside the school or school grounds? I thought in high school we always heard about classmates getting arrested and shit but the school wasn't the authority on anything that happened outside of it.
I mean, sure you can sit down with the kid and talk about the story or whatever, but suspension seems totally out of bounds.
