Ok so the conspiracy goes like this: A handful of Russian trolls used voodoo internet powers to brainwash 126 million Americans into not voting for Hillary (I'm already seeing a problem with the math, but let us continue), an impact that Obama, Hillary and the Democrat hierarchy said did not exist prior to the election and then knew about 2 years before the election but only after the election took place.

A handful of Russians? Those 13 indicted aren't the only ones involved. The IRA is one of hundreds of troll farms with thousands of people working for them. And just because some people think that a certain scenario isn't possible doesn't mean it can't happen. And it doesn't mean that if it does happen they can't change their stance on said event.
