I've not heard that theory anywhere. Millions? The difference was razor thin. The popular vote wasn't close. Dems, GOP, Intelligence and trump all knew about it during the election.

These guys are showing why the voices of reason are losing. The Shiff memo is a perfect example. The dems tried to "win" the argument by presenting evidence and facts. They provided a reasoned response to emotional appeal. Remember we're dealing with people who have rejected science.
