It’s no secret that it is in Trump’s best interest to let all the criminal court proceedings to take their sweet time, and it’s no secret why Jack Smith wants it to be expedited.

How do you define what’s in the best interest for the American people? Is it what you think? Is it what the majority thinks?
The majority think it’s in the best interest of the country and the people, Trump shouldn’t be president, as it has shown in the last two presidential elections.
Looking at the "charges" that are being brought?
Yes.
In a normal day for anyone else, these "charges" would be laughed out of the Court and the lawyers who brought this forward would probably be disbarred for being terrible at their job.
But TRUUUUUUMP makes people do very stupid things.
They literally are not.
They literally stated that it was their opinion that he should be taken off the primary ballots. Not because he was charged with a crime or convicted of a crime.. just because they believed it to be so.
THAT is why I have a problem with the decision.
