I should say, if your definition of economy is limited to yacht makers, fine arts dealers and luxury properties, then yes. For everyone else struggling to afford a box of cereal, a tank of gas to get to work, no not so much stimulating as it is stealing the economy.
Vaccine mandates, where people choose not to get a potentially life saving, free vaccination and thus lose their job, is not at all comparable to cutting tax rates for the wealthiest and corporations at the expense of social programs designed to help the poor and struggling and running our national debt into a tailspin.
