And honestly, I think that was Mueller’s play from the get go. The little minnows got punished (flynn, manafort, cohen etc.) but he knew the Russian force field around Trump was too thick to penetrate and would not have been possible while he was in office so he basically gave a metric-ton of ammunition to Maryland, DC, SDNY etc. to bury him 6000 ft. deep whenever he leaves the White House.

There was no way he could’ve unravelled a multi-national,multi-decade, elaborate plan in 1 1/2 years; this was the correct strategy to take.

That's in regards to the obstruction charge, I just went over this. I didn't say the report itself exonerates him from the obstruction charge, the AG and Deputy AG did that.
