New outfit!
You see Lysistrata.
She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She appears to be young and average height. She has subtly shadow-rimmed contrasting grey and black eyes and fair skin. She has long, perfectly straight deep scarlet hair swept smoothly back from a sharp widow's peak. She has a delicate face and high cheekbones.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a sleek black lacquered orase runestaff capped with an inverted scarlet eahnor crown.
She is wearing a brilliant red eahnor choker shaped like a pair of strangling hands, a thin eahnor filigree band, a strapless deep vermilion satin gown back-split over trailing ivory lace underskirts, and some pointed garnet satin slippers.
Band:
The band is a meld of two tones of eahnor; one is the natural vivid crimson of the metal and the other blackened, leaving only a slight red tint. The blackened eahnor winds in complex lines, hinting at subtle rose shapes with each curl, while the crimson forms stylized flames engulfing each blossom.
I know.. it's a bright, screaming red outfit. But hey, at least they're different shades/synonyms.

Blame Jesae, she dressed him for the most part.
You see Alfue Liltoe the Smuggler.
He appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
He appears to be very young and average height. He has piercing stormy grey eyes and tanned skin. He has chin length, unkempt golden brown hair with lighter streaks. He has a weathered face, a straight nose and slightly pointed ears. He has a thin scar running along his neck.
He has a pipe clenched between his teeth, and a charging roa'ter tattoo on his neck.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a Wehnimer's promissory note in his right hand.
He is wearing a shadowy black vultite breastplate enamelled with a gem-filled hand, a watery glaesine globe pendant, a solid silver band of melted coins inset with a brilliant eahnor moonstone, a handsome black suede hat with a slightly tattered brim, a crystal amulet, a heavy backpack, a blood-stained vultite wall shield inset with several razor-sharp mithril spikes, a half-buttoned carmine silk longcloak, a small rose, a threadbare grey linen shirt, a black leather belt with a silvery-blue vultite handaxe and a pitted white ora handaxe hanging from it, some silver-buttoned supple black leather pants, and a pair of ebony suede boots.
Show:
The linen of this shirt was once both bright and white, but misuse and a lack of caring have rendered it dull and cloudy grey. Severe splotching around the collar suggests a drinking problem in a former or current owner, and approximately half of the buttons have popped off in an effort to escape. The sleeves are shredded through the forearm, and a few criss-crossed tatters across the back almost, but not quite, suggest an orderly decoration.
-
AND HE WAS IN HEAD-T0-TOE ORDER AND YOU FUCKED HIM ALL UP AGAIN!
Actually, Alfue was nice enough to let me log him into the game and bid on Nalea gowns while he wasn't on. As a thank-you I spiffed him up with some new threads and put him in order. I'm trying to find a way to get rid of his crystal amulet, that small rose, and to stowe his shield.
Baby steps, I guess..
-
OMG Dex, I REALLY like that band! I also like the choker in a wierd "I can't look away" type way hehe :)
-
Heh, thank you! The band is Lysistrata's current personal symbol of a burning rose. The whole metamorphsis into paladin of Eorgina.
Alright, another outfit!
You see Lysistrata.
She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She appears to be young and average height. She has subtly shadow-rimmed contrasting grey and black eyes and fair skin. She has long, perfectly straight deep scarlet hair secured into a spiral knotted bun by a trio of wavy pale zebrawood hairsticks. She has a delicate face and high cheekbones.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a cloisonne and pale zebrawood choker, a deeply-cowled billowy black wool cloak, a scoop-necked black satin kirtle with pleated sheer chainsil underskirts, and some black silk high-heeled slippers.
Choker:
Pale cream wood streaked with black is carved into a wide, flat cuff-style shape with an opening in the back just big enough to allow a neck to pass through. Muted tone cloisonne sweeps across the surface of the wood, featuring black rose petals floating on a stylized grey and white striated gust of wind, blending in gently with the zebrawood.

You see Lysistrata.

She is in good shape.
She is wearing a delicate vaalin ferroniere set with a bloodjewel teardrop, a half-buttoned carmine silk longcloak, a viper-coiled burgundy silk bodice, a trailing pale viper skin skirt with a sheer silk gauze underskirt, and some pointed garnet satin slippers.
Bodice:
This sleeveless bodice is crafted of deep burgundy silk over hidden flexible wire boning and embellished with a meticulously carved ivory viper coiling up from the pointed hemline to the high, stiff collar. Clear glaes joints keep the snake from cracking at the curve points of the bodice and instead of buttons or lacings, the joints snap together to fasten the bodice down the back.
-
Someone make me a bodice like that in real life, KTHX.

Alright! Now it's time to play catch up with all my outfits for the Wavedancer. I didn't get many things because I was sick and busying moving out but I'm still happy.
This is her wedding outfit:
She appears to be an Illistim Elf.
She appears to be in the bloom of youth and average height. She has guileless lavender eyes and porcelain white skin. She has tousled, golden blonde hair falling in erratic wavy layers to her waist. She has a delicate face, a very petite nose and slender eyebrows.
She has a series of pale golden sunbursts interwoven with cerulean rays tattooed on her arm.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a long ivory chiffon veil beaded at the ends with fragments of golden glimaerstones, a thin golden glimaerstone necklace, a high-waisted sunlight golden gossamer gown with cut lace patterns on the trailing skirt, and some backless sheer silk sandals.
Show on the necklace:
Brilliant tiny glimaerstones are strung along a two-tired slender necklace. The gold color of the gems seems to become ablaze as the light strikes them, enhancing their sun-colored glow. A strand of the ivory parts the front of the necklace and twin stones dangle from the end. The gems are patterned with a faint whorl pattern that becomes more apparent when they overlap.
What her ring will look like:
an ivory eahnor-inlaid ring ~ A slender band of ivory has been carved into a perfect alabaster circle. Dividing the pale white color is a strip of brilliant scarlet eahnor. The deep red metal carries a soft golden tinge that mimics the sun-hued glimaerstone resting in the triple-prong setting.
By the pool:
She is holding a woven sunrise-hued towel in her left hand.
She is wearing some tiny hand painted hair beads, a sun-streaked braided leather satchel, a gauzy yellow-gold robe, a slim golden bathing chemise, a dangling sunburst charm bracelet, and some backless sheer silk sandals.
And my favorite of all is her ceremonial outfit:
She appears to be in the bloom of youth and average height. She has guileless lavender eyes and porcelain white skin. She has tousled, golden blonde hair falling in erratic wavy layers to her waist. She has a delicate face, a very petite nose and slender eyebrows. A cut orange spessartine garnet is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling fiery orange sheen across her face.
She has a series of pale golden sunbursts interwoven with cerulean rays tattooed on her arm.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a vivid orange torso wrap, a pair of vivid orange silk armbands draping golden tulle veils, a deeply flared sunset-hued skirt, and some twisted sunset-hued sandals.
Wrap:
Brilliant orange silk has been folded and wrapped across the torso a multitude of times in a criss-crossed pattern over the chest. The sunset-hued material ties in a knot behind the neck, leaving the arms and midriff exposed. A row of tiny orange spessartine garnets dangle from the bottom edges of the garment.
Skirt:
An extended length of loosely woven silk has been dyed a vivid orange hue, resembling the color of the setting sun. The garment is crafted to cover the legs completely with enough material to wrap over the front in a broad criss-crossed pattern, tying in the back. Flaring out dramatically at the hem, the skirt fades through shades of orange to deep red that eventually blend into a brilliant purple, drawing the eye to any movement of the fabric.
The picture of that can be seen here: http://www.nayolan.com/misc/duskpriestess.jpg
Jen is such a wonderful artist, I hope I did her justice!
I got maybe a total of thirteen other things to add to various outfits but I loooved the stuff off the shelf. It totally suited my sun-adorning Dusk Priestess.
I want to see what everyone else got too!
