The link plainly states the ship's system intercepted missiles that appeared to be headed to Israel, how you interpreted from the video that the US ships themselves were the targets is a mystery.

Just a reminder that time4fun (aka time4LovingNazis), who prides herself on being a far-leftist who champions women's issues, tried to muddy the waters in regards to the brutal terrorist attack Israel suffered through on October 7th by "both sidesing" the argument. Rather than taking a firm stance and saying "Murder, rape, and kidnapping is wrong, period." She instead called the horrific attack "a really complex situation" and downplayed Hamas' atrocities by making a false moral equivalency between Hamas and Israel.
