Returning From Long Hiatus

I'm returning to the game after a long break and looking for help getting back into the swing of things. I'm sure a lot has changed and there's a lot I have forgotten. Anyone still playing that wants to be saddled with helping me relearn everything?

About 7 years ago was the last time I actually logged in and played, but I wasn't in for long. It's been about 10 or so years since I seriously played.
